After 15 awesome years, looks like my dog is about to give in. This song never made so much sense to me and never made me cry this much before. This is the power of music. It connects with you, and wake these emotions you had inside of you but didn't even knew. Some people may think it's kinda ridiculous to feel like this for a pet, but he's not just a pet. He's a family member. He's my younger brother. And i kind of got the chorus on reverse. I tried to "fix" him, but seems like soon the lights will guide him and ignite his bones. I hope that, wherever he goes, is somewhere with no pain and chicken fillet rains every thursday. But he'll have to make new friends, because i won't be there for him for some time. I hope he knows that one day i'll go pick him up. It's KZread, nobody cares, but i feel a lot better now. Sorry if you wasted your time reading this.

I've personally never had a pet. I have however lost a few family members and though its been years the pain and hurt is still there I'm not sure if it ever goes away. I'm so sorry that you are having to go through this I wish the very best for both you and your younger brother. From personal experience I know this is really hard but stay string a hold on to whatever hope there is left. Coldplay was actually VERY BIG way back 2000 eversince when they released Yellow that year, they immediately went popular and successful worldwide. They have since sold more than 100M records ww and is actually in the list of best selling bands of all time. ALL of their albums from 2000's have sold at least 10M COPIES WW. Their last tour _"A Head Full of Dreams"_ grossed over 500M$ and is the fifth highest grossing tour of all time

Nobody understands how much this song means to me. I lost my father back in October and it took such a big toll on me. On his birthday, April 25th, I had ordered wishing lanterns, which you light up and send into the sky kinda like a mini hot air balloon, and I was going to write a message on them and send them up into the sky. When my friend and I were preparing the lanterns this song came up on my playlist. The lyrics "lights will guide you home" and "tears stream down your face, when you lose something you cannot replace" mean SO MUCH TO ME. When we were releasing the lanterns these lyrics popped up in my head. I was wishing that they could reach somewhat close to wherever it was that my father was. My father was home to me and he could never be replaced. I miss him dearly. But THANK YOU Coldplay for making this beautiful song. I will be seeing you in August and cannot wait for this song to play.

I'm so sorry. it's something you will never truly get over.A older Friend told me she is just living but since her father passed she is not alive.It is ike she died with her father. He died around 30 years ago and she talks about it like it was yesterday. Just have patience and believe in god and you will see him again some day.x

When this came out I was homeless, on drugs, and went to jail. I now have a house, job, and husband. Exactly. I was going through a bad break up last year and this song made me strong to take the decision to step away from that toxic relationship. I loved someone for 20 years-then cuz I got diagnosed with a mental illness after having our 2nd daughter, he filed for divorce and I spent almost 3 years fighting for my kids in court-WITH NO ATTORNEY! Thank God for karma. He thought I was too stupid and poor that the only way I'd see my kids is with supervised visitation. On September 6, 2017, I won getting more often and consistent time with them-NOW UNSUPERVISED. I also won the religion war-and I loved watching him squirm in his chair. I love karma-especially when you don't expect it. 😀😀😀

Such good music, voice, and lyrics-- all the rest just paled in comparison...they will always be the heart of my favorite music...listening to Coldplay feels like home, like my "first love" of music. I've fallen to sleep to Chris' calming voice for years, feeled and cried over "Fix You" countless times, and fallen in love with other genres and songs...but Coldplay. ❤😭🎶 #canwejusttalkaboutColdplayforever (Oh by the way!
