His voice is very calm and soft which him sound like a friendly guy who is not here to harm anyone.

agree, i really enjoy to hear that 10 minutes song without getting bored, it's a masterpiece and i want to watch it live at concert, but they rarely play it on their concert coz of the long duration maybe and not too popular on most of people, it is kind of underated song ❤
