This song is forever attached to a memory I have of being in a van driving to camp in my high school years, one of the adults in the front seat asked us which songs we wanted to play, and we had gone through basically every popular Coldplay song except this one, and I was thinking I was gonna ask him to play it when it got dark outside, I remember how great I thought it was gonna be. I ended up forgetting to ask him but miraculously another kid in the van told him to play it and I remember thinking how perfect everything was. Driving through the mountains, countless stars in the sky, the moon even had one of those halo things around it which to this day I’ve only seen once in my life, in that moment. It was even better than I had imagined. To this day it’s one of my favorite memories of life and it’s always stuck with me as an emotional moment I’ll cherish forever. Thank you Coldplay ❤

That's exactly what stars are. The day Joe got elected, in my area it wasn't all that bright. Sun was out, but.. well when he was official and CNN called it. The whole area looked like lights were on and boy was it bright. It felt like even the heavens were happy with the outcome. That this is exactly what was to happen.

I have a friend named Clara back in high school. She is a cheerful and kind girl. She's nice to everyone, even to introverts like me. She really love this song. She sang it so often that some teachers called her stargirl. In January 2018 she was diagnosed with sarcoma (terminal). But she not giving up and remained jovial even when we visited her in the hospital. After 3 months her battle with sarcoma finaly came to the end. We sang this song at her funeral. Good bye Clara, we wish you peace there. Rest in Peace my friend.

She was from A very poor family, and they didnt have enough money to do something like MRI or anything like that. A year before she reached the terminal stage, one of her father's friend gave him money to get his daughter checked. Thats when they found out that she had stage 3 sarcoma. Her parent told the school about but decided to keep it a secret from everyone else, including us as her classmates. Until a year later when she reached stage 4, the doctor who examined her immediately referred and send her to the biggest hospital in the city, but it was too late

He died on the 4th of February, without seeing him, touching him, feel his warmth. But he was a sky, in a star i named him Polaris. For he light up my dull days and taught me how to love again. @@BruhLLLL I miss them so much, I’m only 17 and saw many of my family members die in front of my eyes. I always play this song ever since I first heard it. My brother graduated high school last year and now I’m in high school alone and dealing with so much, my favourite teacher left school last week and she promised me she’ll try to do everything in her power to see me graduate and go to my formal

I was once in a toxic relationship and I would listen to this song to comfort and encourage myself. During the 2020 election this song comforted me after again after being abused by our now former 45th President and his followers in the workplace.

1st song of 23 and i am glad I came back to this masterpiece.❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥

@@notnatz8470 that is not true. He only sang in two of his songs. He was a producer, lyricist and told the singers exactly how they should sing. He was a genius. He did however sang on a couple of songs. True Believer and Promises Of Tears (unreleased song)

I remember going on a roadtrip with my parents few years ago, I forgot my iPod so my dad let me borrow his. This was one of my favourite songs on that ipod. I played it over and over while we drove at night. It's safe to say I still love it.

my ghost friend brody used to sing this song to me at night. I miss him. he died two months ago from a vicious grizzly bear attack at the age of 18. he died a few minutes later from his injuries. whenever i listen to this song now, i think of him. i miss you brody.

my ghost friend francis loved this song a lot. i started singing it to him every night when we first moved into the number 10 house on paddock dr in 2009 when we were 3. he passed away at 4 a.m. today due to a severe ashma attack in his sleep at the age of 18. now when i heard it, i'll be thinking about him. i miss my buddy francis.

I used to love looking at stars. Whenever I used to switch off the light outside at night and look at the stars, my grandmom would scold me saying there will be snakes. Now she herself is a star and I’m not scared of snakes. I’m scared that I will never be able to tell her one last time how much I loved her.
