I got their wakizashi machete and its one of my favorites. Bought it on a whim because katana machete just sounds like a gimmick, but these things are dead serious. Might nab the tanto one sometime

Great review! You pretty much answered all my questions about this thing. Obviously it makes short work of yardwork/chopping wood/brush. Looks like a damn good and fun camping tool. How easy is it to perform one-handed strikes like a traditional machete? That thing is a monster. I can only imagine how easy it would have sliced down that tree if you had given it a good sharpening and cleaning up prior... yikes!

Donnie B All Day Awesome! So it’s great for one-handed madness I take it? Just like a machete should be. I love the Katana Machete because at its core it’s a tool. Hey it has such a weaponized look and profile.

The Man no doubt. it's an animal and katanas clothing. There's not much that I have used this for that it didn't take care of with ease. The blade is an absolute Beast and it makes it even better the fact that it's swings like its Japanese counterparts.

Donnie B All Day Awesome, from the look of the way you were swinging it in the video, it’s quite agile and easy to wield/slash. Looks like it can also baton just fine. I’d really love to take one these things camping and go nuts on some brush and wood, baton some logs for a fire LOL. And have fun doing it.
