    ну до 1 кг, я согласен. а когда он весит больше 2х, не знаю.... испортить такую рыбу можно очень быстро. Поделитесь пожалуйста рецептом: сколько соли, солько времени солить, как долго вялить и коптить? Я думаю, надо колличество соли и время посола менять кардинально! К сожалению, имеется печальный опыт, когда полностью вся партия протухала..
