Steady Craftin videos are made with the help of DIRECT SUPPORT: www.patreon.com/steadycraftin (You'll also get access to the printable 3D scans of my original sculpted figures, MP3s, exclusive behind-the-scenes videos, shop discounts, and more.) My family and I are so grateful that I get to do this.

Dude, I can't even make my normal silly comment. The production value of your D.I.Y. content has elevated beyond even extraterrestrial comprehension. (Especially considering you really are "D.I."-ing these videos all by your "Y.") Brother, I'm proud of what you are doing and I'm even more proud of the way you're doing it sincerely with dignity and an observable dedication to continuous improvement as your platform has grown. This kind if sapp is usually best for an email or dm, but I thought I would give the less verbal members of your audience here an opportunity to thumbs up this comment as an expression of the gratitude and support that you have repeatedly earned from us as your dedicated viewing constituency. I hope someone ends up nominating you for a webby award or something this year. The merch you have for sale is pretty awesome, too. Keep on Steady Crafsin, brō. Do yo thang.

AWW, MAN! Since I included a few seconds of a favorite song, "The Tighten Up", 100% of monetization on this video goes to the record label now. I expected to SHARE monetization with the music rights owner, since that's what a video from KZread themselves had me thinking, which seems totally fair. Yet it doesn't work that way. (If you make KZread videos, keep that in mind.) Still, it's probably worth it to introduce a few more people to "The Tighten Up". Love y'all! :D

Crafsman, I really can't tell you how much I appreciate (and we collectively appreciate) your constant reminders on workshop safety practices. I don't think I've seen one of your videos involving some sort of sanding or polishing without you gently reminding us that a dust mask is essential to our well-being. This just reaffirms to me how much you really do care about us. For that and so many other things we love you Crafsman.

  • @TheCrafsMan

I sincerely appreciate that, my friend. Dust protection is honestly something I wish I had started SOONER. When I learned about the potential problems repeated dust exposure can cause - even from wood dust and other natural, non-synthetic materials - I made it a practice to wear one from then on. Absolutely I want people to be aware. I've seen videos of folks going to town with a sander, fine dust cloud all around them, and no dust mask. :(

You have the most soothing voice! 😂 I used to make candles but I always bought the molds because I thought they would be way too difficult to make. Well I just came across an item I wanted to buy online, but it's a little too small for what I want to do with it. It's a cold cast resin item. I asked the seller if they could make it larger, and they said no. Through your channel, I just learned how to make the molds myself, expand them, and now to do the cold casting process. I feel so smart now! 🧐 LOL

Has anyone ever electroplated these resins with metal powders? I would very much like to know the results.
