They’re putting nothing in the beef. They spray beef with what is citric acid as ecoli comes from shit from animals and is on the outside of meat. As long as the outside is cooked on any whole muscle animal. You can eat pork and chicken medium rare. If it’s ground you need it well done to be safe. I owned a butcher shop for 30 years. USDA every day. They don’t put anything in the beef. And if the USA is importing anything other than the Midwest don’t buy it. I have never had had never had the option of ordering meat from a different dt country in all my decades

LeBron should adore America. After all the government has paid his way his entire life. Born to unwed mother, medicaid paid for his birth. Continued paying for his medical care. Food stamps fed him. Section 8 provided a roof over his head. His mom only had one kid but for some reason welfare never made her work. The law says by the time your baby is two be ready to go to work. He also had tuition paid to attend a parochial school so he could play ball for them. Dont know who paid it but thats considered income. Why wasnt he dumped from welfare? And why did they allow him to accept a brand new Hummer? Yep LeBron owes ALOT to the state of Ohio. But it wasnt enough.

I'm a former deputy sheriff. I think the way you keep fear at bay is by being trained and mentally prepared. You have to know ahead of time exactly what can happen. Then you train for that. In the business of law enforcement and military, you need to be FANTASTIC with you gun and your tactics. Don't stand in doorways. Don't walk up to traffic stops like you're walking up to an ice cream truck. The Rangers, Berets, SeALs, SAS, and Delta operators are so badass because the practice CONSTANTLY. When bad police shootings happen and guns are drawn instead of Tasers and unarmed people are killed, it's because they DO NOT practice CONSTANTLY. Training costs a lot of money. Defund The Police has been wonderful for the preparedness of officers who really have no clue what they are getting in to. Imagine never having fired a gun prior to attending the police academy and then, only shooting once a year when it's time to requalify. That is a huge reality for thousands of cops across the country. Practice practice practice and when it's time to handle business, knowing that you are prepared and confident in your skills keeps fear under control.
