Good to see Colin back on KZread. The knowledge and just charisma the man has on camera I think makes him perfect for his own channel if he ever chose to do one. Rare that you get a dealer that talks common sense when it comes to building and tuning a bike. Keep your channel going, it’s nice to see warm weather when I’m stuck in winter up here in the states.

@@TheHarleyRoadshow yeah, last week we had 3 (non Celsius) with a -20 windchill. This week, 60’s and low 70’s. I’ve been to Geelong decades ago during the winter months then traveled north to Brisbane. Never in my life had I experienced such an extreme change of weather. Went snow skiing one day and the next 90 on the beach. Can’t imagine the temps in the actual summer

Dyno makes a world of difference, Col is quick witted he is a crack up and very talented also.

He’s a great bloke

In the early days before all the electronic engine management gizmo's , Col was renowned for his custom exhaust & tune,he did 2 of my bikes,from memory Harley got him over to show them how he was doing it .

I'm with Colin about the dyno numbers don't matter. I have fun tuning on the road with a Dynojet PV3 tuner, it data logs. Use that with a laptop. It's all I've ever needed.

The maps are good but putting it on the dyno with a really good experienced tuner will get it running perfectly

Cool video Now you have a real ripper. I think Harley Davidson really needs more air and exhaust to really open them up and then they rip I love the stage one and true dual exhaust on mine.

Paully, now that you have this sorted, have a look at the new Cycle Rama CR480 MT cam. I’m running the 480 and it’s touring beast on the 117. The MT is supposed to be a step up.

Turned my 107 into a117 used that 480 cam i also put alloy intake & bigger injectors pulls like a train sounds great good manners on the road

Almost sounds as good as a twincam now mate 😅😜 I'm one of those idiots with V&H pipes and stock ai cleaner. Atleast I know it's only a new intake and tune away from more power 😜 Love the new bike, bright coloured Harleys are too few and far between these days.
