The song it self is a master piece the concept behind it is soo good. Hats off to xulfi and team. The name itself is so fitting for the title of the season finale meaning until we meet again. They are saying farewell in a way that its like some good byes are not to take leave but a prior hello for next time. Blending in the best talents of this generation with a legend veteran like this tells the story of this season and xulfi's mindset about merging both new and old generation and passing on the legacy of Pakistani music. And the ending him exiting the studio to sat a final good bye while seeing the sun rise ❤️

I agree. And I think it's something very smart the CS team did this time - mixing Urdu poetry with rap so expose the younger generation to the melodic forms of music.

What a journey and what a gem they end it with. It was pure leisure for the last 2 months since this season started. I believe this coke studio season 14 is the best thing happening not only to Pakistani music but to overall the world's music. It impressed and moved lots of people around the globe even those who were not from Pakistan and the people who don't even understand Urdu or Hindi. The people were reacting on this season who didn't even try eastern and sub-continents music before, who didn't even know these artists before. With the conclusion of this season, it seems we are losing something precious. but the treasure they added to the music industry is unmatchable and it will be remembered for a very long time in the future. Thanks, Xulfi and each and every member of the Coke Studio crew. Hats off to all.

The 2 Talhas in Coke studio have been single handedly responsible for converting so many reluctant folks like myself to listen to Rap. Their timing, poetry and delivery is something to behold. This season was so different from the previous seasons but quickly overwhelmed us with its sheer brilliance. The icing on the cake was your Reaction videos and interpretations.

The whole experience from the songs to the BTS to the reaction videos has been so enjoyable. I think this will have a wider influence on South Asian music as it needs a bit of a refresh. Where do I even begin?! Where were you all these years? You are the epitome of elegance! Firstly,that open book interpretation was spot on! how did I miss that?! Secondly, what you said about giving up on music..I was in the same situation..had become sort of desensitized to music..! This season has a special place in my heart, for it has revived that feeling again! Also,this thought,too crossed my mind that may be I wasn't looking at the right place...Together we will embark on this musical journey!😊 Also, interestingly, in one of the lines, Anjum said ' kahani mohabbat ki mukhtasir' which I feel , is a reference to String's song ' Kahani mohabbat ki mukhtasir'! :)..

Thank you so much Mhr Jv, I was around but I was not commenting on music :)) About noticing the open book by the side, I was just think how the mind of a video director would work and every stop the singer takes has to be strategic so was looking and examining that while watching the video. Amazing ending

end was like it's a whole season 14 in just 30 sec it's emotional touchy and ofcourse amazing journey of coke studio even its similar to our live the lyrics sad like mehram ,beparwah soulful like ye dunia ,tu jhoom ,pasoori joyful like Kana yari,thagiyan,go ,sajan das na ,and the last one is just just 🔥🔥🔥kahani Kahan Khatam hoti hai phir milengy kabhi ajnabi ki trha I was just cry this journey was so relatable 💔❤missed that theeee coke studio season 14 ever ♡♡♡

You are absolutely right about Anjum. He is a phenomenon when it comes to lyrics writing. Some of his lyrics and work is Ghalib, Meer Taqi and even Rumi level. Some of his great work are Balli aur Main, Gumaan, Gawah Rehna, Surface, Afsanay, Baaz, Raabta

You’re spot on about how redundant and stale the new music was feeling until this season of CS. Same feelings. Loved your point about interpreting the lyrics into set design - must be a dream job for architectural professionals who love music & art in general. And eagerly waiting for Karakoram interview!!

Rahul, those were some fun observations, especially the one about the open book. I would've missed that. "Chak lan ge patt lan ge" - haha, yar most rap on this side of Punjab is at the same level of superficiality. It can be fun in certain situations but it's so overdone "its not even funny." I'm glad these guys are getting mainstream success so we get to see a more reflective side of rap. I totally get what you said about feeling a bit overwhelmed by the end of the BTS. I've always respected CS for all the great music they've given us over the years but this time I LOVED it and I guess that's the difference. As strange as it sounds, it almost felt like parting with friends. I don't know if its because my social life has been at an all time low (covid, etc) or they really did toss some love drugs in there, but its nice to know I'm not the only one who felt like that. I genuinely wanted to hug and thank all these fantastic people. As for the song, the more I listen to it the more I love it. The combined effect of haunting lyrics and FK's nostalgic voice gave me chills more than once. I'm glad they threw a groovy beat on it otherwise it may have sounded too Interstellar-esque for my liking.

Honestly, ths band conclusion had to do something with that it was high time to move on. Like it was very painful to get in terms with it. But yeah it was just about the fact that both Faisal and Bilal had their independent lives and I guess they knew it was the right time to call it off.
