im sorry to hear that, they've definitely hurt a lot of people's wallets

We all need to seriously form a Class Action Lawsuit against this horrible operation. My father passed away last year and he spent a year trying to get back into his Coinbase account and now I'm facing the same uphill battle. Their interface is purposely broken, they rarely reply to emails and it takes months to get a generic canned response with no real help. I'm looking for a lawyer now and researching class action lawsuits against them. They are unbelievably the worst company I've ever dealt with. It's like some shady business run out of Nigeria or India instead of a Supposed billion dollar company. Lets get active and form a group and do something! I'm now contacting Shephard Smith Edwards & Kantas lawgroup who seem to specialize in these kinda situations.

What do you mean? Of course you can have both. It's just bad company leadership, values and priorities. Somehow some crypto startups have better reputations and support than others, because some value their customers while others value the dollar more.
