My daughter’s absolutely favorite band. She was in Atlanta last night at their concert (which she was given tickets to for a Christmas present from her BFF. ... so I had to listen to see what all the hype was about ... oh my gosh, I’m a fan now. i went from feeling nothing but emptiness and sadness and considered taking my life on numerous occasions but after going to coin's van show and absolutely bawling my eyes to this song, (and having chase a foot in front of me, staring at me as we sang) i'm so happy i didn't do it and i've been nothing but happy since the show. listening to their albums throughout the day reminds me of that night and just makes me happy, and i want to be nothing but happy.

There's very few songs that give me the same feeling this song gives, it's like sadly beautiful and ethereal. Spacey Jane - Booster Seat, Joji - Die For You and Def Leppard - Hysteria all give very similar feelings.

This song is a regular on my classroom playlist. There is definitely something powerful about the song. Though the sad "feels" are present, it sets a good mood for the room and students are always asking me "What's the name of this song?" I think it's the most universally accepted song I have ever played in my classroom. This one and The Outfield by the Night Game.
