    Love the look of a coil shock, but I personally prefer the feeling of an air shock.

    Yeah I’m definitely more of a fan of the coil fork but it’s a positive and negative for the coil on the rear.

    Sick vid nige, sick looking trails. I’m a set and forget type person with my suspension, so more than likely not using it to its potential. It’s great to hear pros and cons to coil… i reckon it’s looks cooler to, and that’s very important 😉

    Well done! Which coil firmness did you use? What is your weight?

    I went with the green / firm coil and I’m 88kg which is right in the range so works perfect for the fork, for the rear it’s a progressive rate 575-700, which is a little on the firm side but I was in between as the 550-650 is almost too soft according to NS Dynamics

    I’m 90kg so that’s around 198lbs and I run the green firm spring.
