The Name of the song is Anthem of Thanks. Check out the West Angeles COGIC version. You can understand the words a little better.

One of the older posts said it was an original written by a West Angeles member. There was a version available to download before the call meeting on the national music site for folks to learn the song. It was sung by an ensemble, rather than a full choir, it sounded like. There is more hollering from the lead @ the "hallelujah" part which is awful, she just was not as melodic as sister in this video.
