Absolutely loved the retro show this morning. There is something pretty satisfying talking about the old days, it reminds me of when I was a kid when my nan was alive and we used to spend Saturdays at her flat eating old school crisps and sweets and watching Saturday night TV. I loved seeing all the old crisp packets and let's remind ourselves this was a time when there was more than just 5 crisp in a packet 🤣 Thanks Nads and Mark as always & thanks for making a dull bank holiday Monday full of colour. Love to you both and all the subs ❤

I love all these nostalgic memories. Growing up in Australia the nostalgia was different as I don’t recognise some of these “ box’s of inflammation”…..ours were just branded differently! 🤣

Love the retro today but even though I'm in America some of these we didn't have. The TV dinner was a once a week thing and it tasted bad 😊. My nostalgic memory is every Wednesday was spaghetti, every Thursday was porkchop, Friday was fish, Saturday was hot dogs and beans, and Sunday was ham. Crazy memories so Thanks for bringing me back there. Love you both ❤

I remember around 1976/78 my mum and I lived with Nan and grandad, grandad used to go to the local pub and he bought me a packet of beef and onion crisps each night for school. I asked him one day “grandad can I have a different flavour” he said yes. Roll forward another 3/4 years still beef and onion crisps everyday 😂😂

I loved Crown Court as well. All our programming in NZ was Uk 🇬🇧 We had the Vietnam War everynight on TV. It was so far away though…. We were off and away as we lived at large 😊

We don’t take squirrels 🐿️ in NZ. I haven’t commented for an age. Nostalgic memories, instant pudding ( every imagined flavour) just add milk. Everything you mentioned we had in NZ as previously stated under different labelling- I think this was only processed foods. Honey puffs. We used to read the cereal 🥣 box’s as well. Fruit, we ate only seasonal. No overweight folk on the beaches we walked & ran everywhere. Hugs to everyone had a smile on all nostalgic foods 🙃 No quibbling 😉keep it seemly …

We have exclusively red squirrels here on the Isle Of Wight !!! Apparently red and grey squirrels can’t live together as grey ones carry a virus that kills the red ones - it would be a very big deal if a grey squirrel somehow found its way to the island xxx (love your channel it’s my go to whenever I’m feeling stressed and need a distraction 🫶🏻🫶🏻)
