Seth and roman both losing their championships on the same day felt like an end of an era. The end of The shield era. Seth basically went out there to take out the monster he created in roman by sacrificing himself for the greater good, now seth and roman can take a long deserved break with their families. Thank you to the shield story for being part of my childhood 2014-2024. All 3 shield guys have carried this business since 2014 to me. Thank you shield for everything. Thank you Roman ☝️

Seeing Michael Cole crying and saying "damn it, I love professional wrestling" was really the cherry on top for me. God you could feel authentic emotions all over the arena and just how much this night meant to the wrestler themselves. Truly beautiful moment. I got into WWE in 2018 and I'm so glad we got to this point of history and I could witness this moment. And thank you for making content on youtube for all these years. It made me feel less alone when I was starting out and didn't really know anyone that I could talk about it with. Also during some drawbacks when the episodes of RAW and Smackdown weren't as good your content always put a smile on my face and kept me engaged. Now I got my friend into WWE and it was his first mania ever. He is hooked to say the least. Man, what a night. Thank you for everything and let's hope for more greatness!!!

Last night's Wrestlemania main event was about the WWE Universe getting their lickbacks against The Bloodline. Like: - Jey Uso got his revenge on Jimmy Uso - John Cena returned to deal with Solo Sikoa - When The Rock came out and proclaimed himself as The Final Boss of WrestleMania, he got reminded in no uncertain terms that WM is still The Undertaker's yard And then Cody getting the final 1-2-3 was the final blow to The Bloodline's reign. Simply amazing.

For me, this WrestleMania, particularly the main event felt like a celebration. It was WWE were celebrating the 40th anniversary of WrestleMania with all of these legends. The Rock came out, a celebration of the Attitude Era, Cena came out, a celebration of the Ruthless Aggression through the PG Era, The Undertaker showed up, a celebration of the Streak which went on from 1991-2014 (representing some of the greatest eras and moments in history), Seth Rollins came out with The Shield outfit (a celebration of the Shield era 2012-2024). It was very clear to me when Undertaker arrived that this was a celebration of the 40 years of WrestleMania, and both Undertaker and Triple H appearing seemed like a call-back to the "End of an Era" in 2012, and from there we lived through the Shield era with Reigns abd Rollins at the top, and Rollins coming out with The Shield music, showed that this was the End of the Shield Era. It's like, now that WrestleMania has hit 40, theyve created a new era for this decade of WrestleMania. Very remiscent of the 30s of WrestleMania, which built stars like Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Sasha Banks, Bayley, DIY, Finn Balor, Kevin Owens, Drew McIntyre, The New Day, and The Usos, and yes, the biggest star of them all, Roman Reigns. WrestleMania in the 20s created stars like John Cena, Batista, Edge, Randy Orton, and oh so many more. WrestleMania in the 10s built stars like The Rock, Stone Cold, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, The Hardy Boyz, Dudleys and many more. Now this era seems like it'll be the ea of stars like Cody Rhodes, Jade Cargill, Bron Breaker, and many more. And how this WrestleMania seemingly adapted to the current media and pop culture than any other with appearances from Logan Paul, Speed, and on, it seems like this era of WWE will try to adapt to this new era of pop culture and popular media. Honestly, Seth Rollins is my favorite wrestler, and as far back as 2019, I was concerned what the WWE would be like for me if he had left or retired. Although I'm certain he'll be staying for long time, WrestleMania 40 did feel like the end of an era for Rollins as well, as in the 2010s, he was the future and then became the present as a leader, but now with him losing matches to put other guys over, it does seem like his time is up, similar to Reigns. And yes, Reigns as well, although I couldn't wait for him to finally be defeated, looking back at it, during my time watching WWE, Reigns has made some of the most entertaining and memorable moments for me watching WWE, from his time with The Shield, to his Bloodline storyline. I know one day, we'll miss Roman Reigns. In fact, a lot of people seem to still be digesting the fact that he isn't champion anymore. Regardless, this was my era as WWE fan, a lot of fans were fortunate to grow up with the Attitude Era and Ruthless Aggression Era, but this is the era is had, and wrestling has inspired and impacted me in a very big way. In my life, I'm not happy with school and also growing up seeing that I'll be an adult in due time, by WWE throughout my childhood and early adolescence has kept me very happy and very hopeful and positive about the future and that one day I can make my dreams come true, despite the struggles that come my way. Wrestlers like Rollins, Reigns, McIntyre, Punk, Wyatt, Bryan, Kevin Owens, Brock Lesnar, Strowman, Styles, Finn Balor and more have been very influential to me.

Man this was awesome. As Cody said, "When one story ends, an even better one begins". And I am sure that is the case. I hope Cody, HHH and everyone else keeps pushing this industry into even higher heights. As for Roman Reigns I think he can have this great redemption arc story when he eventually comes back after a long long break. Maybe he will begin by thanking Cody for helping to see the error of his ways and there is a different way to carry the company without making an enemy out of everyone else. And where he eventually gains back the trust of everyone else and finish his career on a high note.

I'm pretty sure no one's surpassing Roman's reign anytime soon but Gunther could be the one to have the next long World Championship reign. Just like Roman, he should be the ultimate villain, the final boss, the man to beat and thus creating the next big storyline of the next ultimate babyface whoever it's going to be.
