As the son of a trucker I can say first hand we didn’t get to go on hunting trips, rarely got to go fishin with him, hardly got to do much with him at all. The time I got to spend with him was watching him work on his truck and help where I could, and more importantly the days I got to go on the truck with him. Those are some of my greatest memories and I don’t resent what I missed, I hold onto what I DID get out of it. My dad will always be a legend in my eyes

They say it's a lost highway They must be right 'Cause I've been driving for years And it's just beyond my sight And I am too far gone to be turning around So I just look ahead and drive I remember the way it always made me feel When David Allen sang The Ride It takes you up, it takes you down The road don't end it just goes around It makes you laugh, it makes you cry It makes you live and die And what I have lost, what I have gained Is all to none, it's still the same I will drive until I find Until I find that lost highway Many others have traveled this road I try to steer clear Of all the wreckage and the shattered souls Forgotten in the years And the ghosts that walk on the side of the road Say to turn your car around One day, son, you'll be waking with us Searching for what can't be found It takes you up, it takes you down The road don't end it just goes around It makes you laugh, it makes you cry It makes you live and die And what I have lost, what I have gained Is all to none, it's still the same I will drive until I find Until I find that lost highway What I have lost, what I have gained Is all to none, but still the same I will drive until I find Until I find that lost highway

Movie is from 1979- As an early 20's young man, I thought our best days were gone. Along came Ronald Reagan to prove me wrong, and to bring back hope and greatness. We are far worse off today than 1979. Who will be this generation's Reagan?
I usually play this on backroads it does feel like the lost highway

I remember working in the fields, so I was a migrant worker, so would travel to different states, I say some good things, and terrible things, and I have been to places that would make you feel lost, or uneasy.
Love the music mr !! Keep up the awesome jams!!
Excelente trabalho músical ouso e viajo com o som !!!!!
This is a sample of John Anderson's Seminole Wind to a new pop country version 😅 Wild. Proves John had good music and these new kids can pretend they heard it hear first lol
It's a way of,life,no one said it's easy,
This songs about life. You have good, n bad. Take your licks, grow, and learn
I climb towers, climbed em all from 100' to 2000' broadcast towers. It's just like the oil field, once you get in it and get established, you can't leave it. Days, weeks, months, away from home and family. You can clock out but you can never leave
Seeing Jinks this Friday and Saturday in Knoxville wait

Love this song! Any body know the movie?
