Developing talent only goes so far. You need to have legitimate potential to develop alot of the AEW guys are not big potential guys, they are just undercard guys who get run time. AEW core is a core no one really likes to cater to because their difficult to cater to and generally bring in less money than any other target, eventually they will stop cheering for anything just because it's not WWE and that's when you will encounter problems if you don't pry talent away from ROH, Impact and NWA

No. They have great talent like Riho, Sakura, Shira, Britt Baker, Awesome Kong, etc. Now, is WWE's better right now? Definitely. But, give AEW about a year for their women to familiarize themselves with wrestling in the squared circle, and it'll be pretty damn good. About Bliss, I was just using Alexa as an example for other guys/girls like the Revival, Sami Zayn, (used to be) Sasha Banks, Luke Harper, Mike and Maria, etc.

@@ali2633 Most of them are brand new to wrestling, or almost brand new. Riho, Britt, Sakura, and Shira are the minority in AEW, they're true veterans, all wrestling for near, or over a decade. I guess AEW wants home grown talent for the future, when it comes to the rookies.

Kevin Owens would be awesome everywhere. He just would, great in-ring, great promos, great character, charisma, great heel, great face. It’s a shame WWE is too much for kids and doesn’t allow KO to go all in, like he did when he was Kevin Steen and start Kill Owens Kill.

I really agree with you! Those women could really really do something special at AEW and I kinda feel like some fans wouldn't want that to happen because then the athletic women with talent such as Naomi would take away the attention on wwe women's division. I really hate that Randy Orton won’t be in the AEW roster. By the time his WWE contract ends he’ll be up for retirement, if he doesn’t get injured before then like Edge or Paige. But I would love to see WWE roster fill in as the audience like how you have celebrities pay to see a boxing match and sit up close to the front just to be recognized.

I think the NXT women are the best overall division. But that's just my opinion. Aew has not been too great for the women disappointingly for me. I just think Tessa is the best wrestler going rn. This is an art so it's pretty subjective but that's how I feel

As for Hogan, he moved to WCW, a show that was actually beating Raw in TV ratings. The situation is definitely not the same now. WWE have completely monopolized wresting. Any other wrestling promotion would be a giant step down for Randy.

@@jayanths1221 Nobody got pushed in the Attitude Era like Randy got pushed later. Because it was another time. In Randy's time there were not many young main eventers and that's why he got the title multiple times. In a time when the title meant nothing and wrestling went down the shitter.

I think what he means is not that there is no competition; brothers and sisters fight too. It's more that they are collectively all in the same boat. Competition between the shows resulted in better contracts and higher pay across the board. While Cody obviously has a dislike for WWE and Vince, that doesn't mean that he has to hate every single person who is in the WWE, nor does he want to waste millions hiring people that he has no interest in just so he can take them away from Vince.

I think AEW needs a legit monster for their men's division, like Swgger, Luchasaurus and Wardlow are big guys but they aren't like Braun, Big Showm Taker, Kane, Kevin Nash or even Vader, like they could do with a legit 7ft guy

But remember when Smackdown first started they had Eddie Guerrero as the draw(as a champion) to carry the brand until they could get the new talent established. It's the same process on AEW. Using Jericho as the draw (as Le Champion) until the at home audience can start building a connection to the other talent.

Nothing to hate about WWE. We all started to watch pro wrestling because of WWF/WWE. Maybe people wants to see something new in a new name, in a new brand. So some of former WWE fans rooting for AEW now.

If they had Alexa Bliss she'd never be in the ring for being so injury prone. I'm not sure who the talent scout is in AEW but I doubt the better decisions come from Brandi, sorry.

Brandi is 100% spot on about Alexa Bliss.. Alexa gets hate from WWE fans because they have this boring pointless hate when people are “overpushed”... Alexa brings it on the mic, brings it with her character, and she isnt the most athletic wrestler but she can get it done in the ring.. when she’s performing she brings 100% and she does it better than most..
