Hi Ajay. Always been a big fan of yours specially the way you speak so softly. Thanks for all the help you do for everyone. I wanted one suggestion from you. If you can do a video on it then great or else you can respond with a one min video or something which is convenient for you. So basically I'm an experienced developer 5.5 years having started with android dev and then moved into spring boot backend dev. So I know android and spring boot. But when I see full stack jobs it's mostly spring boot with angular not android.. when I see android there are very less openings.. so what do you suggest for me to learn as a 5.5 years experienced knowing android and react angular. I have taken primary skillset as spring boot. But which do you suggest my front end to be. Android or Angular/React? Please suggest it would be helpful. Thank you😊

It's excellent marks 😀.skills matters a lot rather than marks . People have even 50 percent marks only so they develop skill and become successful

Now, I'm 30 and since 2017 I got massive interest in react and node so I started learning since then JavaScript and then Nodejs applied for lot of jobs but didn't succeed. In 2019, I graduated in Computer Science and got a job as a support. I still didn't loose hope applying for frontend, backend while doing job. In 2023 I got first trainee as react developer in a software house and in a month they fired me cause they were not working on React or node. For this opportunity I left my Support job and now I'm jobless.

you need to look for the right opportunities, you can make it. I recently joined a company as an intern and when I joined I had no knowledge of JS and React. It's been 4 months now and I am still a noob but a better noob than Iwas yesterday. :) maybe you can try to improve your skillset even more.

Don't get me wrong. Every year lakhs of students pass out why would they choose you rather than fresher. Reality is big companies don't hire career gaps. If you want to succeed fast the only way is that your resume should have 3 to 4 real time projects. If no projects no fresher jobs. Its true
