It gives you the remainder after dividing by a number. So 4 divided by 3 is 1 remainder 1 ( because 3 goes into 4 once, and leaves 1). So 4 mod 3 = 1

Man, Griffpatch you are just so kind! The way you talk so friendly and spend your time to help us is so heart-warming, you have grown so much and it makes me happy. A scratch youtuber with over a quarter million. It's amazing what you have done with scratch and all of the limits that you have pushed. c++ really? stop right now! you're gonna regret this decision. learn something like go, rust, or even c instead. you're gonna spend nights trying to find that one memory leak, while with something like the rust borrow checker, you don't need to worry, it's just that rust has a very confusing syntax. c will definitely make the problem easier, and go is one of the best programming languages, because it has a great garbage collector, it's great for many things, the syntax makes sense, and is easy to read, I think you should learn go instead.

@@umikaliprivate There's nothing wrong with learning C++, as someone who has built my entire career on it. It's one of the most used programming languages in the game development industry - Unity and Unreal Engine are built in it, as are the vast majority of in-house engines and tools. If you want a serious game development career, you need to know either C/C++ or C# for Unity. Python is good, as is Rust, but you're more likely to use them as part of a toolchain or in general non-game software development.

When this series is done, i'm going to turn one of my games (Don't touch the walls! @lincolnXgames) into a multiplayer one! It's going to be fun seeing a bunch of people on a hard level! XD It only contains like 10 levels right now, there are going to be more mechanics like keys & doors, slide walls and more!

I was watching the mouse pointer lock video and I had a thought. If you are ever needing a break from this MMO project and want to do a smaller, off-topic video, could you make one about making a project compatible with all of turbowarp's enhancements? Like higher framerate, different aspect ratio's, exclusive extentions and the scratch extentions addons? Actually I just thought of 2 other ideas, what if you made a video about Gandi IDE (I assume you have heard of it) and all the possibilities with the extentions it offers, I honestly find them so interesting. Or what if you made shorts with little tips and tricks like what Scratch Tutorials (Funut) used to do? Sorry I just randomly thought of so many ideas and needed to jot them down. Please consider them.
