Cheuk you can invest here in Ghana. I have a coconut farm and land to expand. We also have cheap labour this means your profit margins will always be high.
The production process is highly energy-intensive. What is the net-energy value of the end product? It looks very much like the production causes more environmental harm than it is beneficial.

Why not grind up the coconut shells and make shell briquettes like wood briquettes?
Sana jan magbuhos ng pondo ang dept.of agriculture s ganyang project o mkabagong technoloy at magsanib ang DENR at D.A n magtanim ng mga niyog sa Mga Kalbong kabundukan sa buong bansa ang pinipilit kasi nila n pondohan ay ang palay ,ang palay kasi s Pinas ay di angkop ang klima season ng anihan ay season din ng bagyo pag nagbagyo pag dumapa at binaha wla mabubulok nlng ang palay lugi na at masyadong magastos at maraming trabaho bago mkapagtanim.

Hi Renuka! We typically use cassava starch, but other starch powders should work just fine. We recommend to choose the cheapest and most conveniently available starch powder.

It's a cassava starch, you mix 100g of a cassava starch for every 1kg of charcoal powder.
Can i use other starch if i dont have any cassava starch?

Q&A po... Gusto ko pong makatulong sa aming baryo sa Antipolo... Sana po ay matulungan nyo kaming magsimula ng ganitong programa sa aming lugar... There are many in Indonesia, Indonesia is the best producer of coconut shell briquettes, it has been sending charcoal briquettes for shisha needs in the Middle East and other countries for a long time.

It is cornstarch. Other starch, like cassave or potato starch, may be used as well
