The fact that they have all their fingers intact is a testament to their skill.
There is many ways to cut a coconut! They really are masters. A person needs a lot of focus to keep all their fingers! Very interesting video.

The use and presentation varies but the natural state never altered. If this was the USA they would altered it with chemicals to make the process faster, easier to make the product sweeter and mark up the price 15 fold. That is modernization for you, eat poison.

Thats why the best cuisine actually South Asia and Southeast Asia dish. They get all the requirements of making delicious food. Even just plant dish is still delicious. No need meat. All they need just coconut milk, shrimp/fish paste, and spices. People overrated European, Korean, and Japanese food lol. They should be cheap. The ingredients may be rare, but the quality of the food is not that expensive lol. Different from south n southeast asian dish. The ingredients mostly common, but the quality of dish are mostly high quality. They just need to work on the hygiene and appearance department.
