Looks great any chance you can do the video again it stopped as you put the second lot of flour in , and what was the second flour you sieved into the mixture also what temperature for a fan oven and could you tell me the syns thank you

50 grams of coconut flour , 30 g of artificial sweetener a few drops of coconut essence and 6 eggs

Hi Wendy, it takes about 20 mins to cook you need to let it get a light golden brown , when you touch it in the middle it will sound fizzy if you know what i mean but it will be cooked, eggs cook very quickly, let me know how you get on , oh electric 180 or gas 5
