Slimming World Banana Loaf / Cake
I decided to cook this live for you all as its such a lovely cake and really works well when you need something sweet plus if you have bananas that need using up this is a great way of using them.
Syns will depend on how many pieces you cut the cake into

I'm going to try this, looks lovely, would think about 2 syns per slice, always whisk egg white in a glass or ceramic bowl, peaks better xxx

it's a fab recipe it's difficult to say for syns as it depends how many slices you cut it into x

if you syn mashed banana's 4 syns each flour 25g is 4 syns not sure about sweetener hun so hopefully you can work it out from that 😊

you need to syn the flour 25g is 4 syns so 8 syns for flour the rest depends on what you want to syn hun mashed & cooked banana is supposed to be synned but the choice is yours if you syn them or not xxx
