In this video, Simone Caporale from the Artesian Bar gives us a guide on how to make a Rum Cobbler using The Wild Geese Golden Rum!
Ingredients:
2 part of The Wild® Geese Golden Rum
1/4 part of fresh orange juice
1/4 part of fresh lemon juice
1 spoon of caste sugar
Dash of rose water
Dash of Peychaud bitter
Method:
Muddle fruit, in a shaker, add sugar and rum.
Shake well and pour in a wine glass over crushed ice, garnish well with seasonal fruit.

    I know it's a lot of garnishes, but I think he's really just using this over-garnished drink to show other people some ideas for single garnishes, rather than making the drink 3 times. Very cool bartender and he really shows the nuance of how to properly make a drink. 10/10
