I assume you fill up with fuel at every stop?

That’s correct we don’t travel more than 300km per day, we have a small dog that doesn’t travel well. Three hundred Ks is about the limit on the car because of the small fuel tank so we fill at every place we stop at for the night. It all works pretty well. Cheers!
I'm American. What is the term roadhouse? Is that a restaurant?

It’s a restaurant/fuel station and general store and are more common in isolated areas on major roads. Cheers!
