Sam is definitely the most realistic out of all the girls. A lot of high school girls would be confused about what they want in terms of boys, they'd think that having popular friends and a popular boyfriend is what would make them happy, but in the end, they experience how vain and superficial those kinds of people can be. I didn't like it when she didn't stand up for Aisha though, but it's also what made her realistic. She took Aisha for granted, because to her, being popular was not easily attainable and because she knew she would get bullied too, if she wasn't friends with Yasmin and Moon at that time. Taking a real friend for granted for popularity is hardly any different than taking a real friend for granted for a boy, which is something a lot of girls Sam's age would do.But, she did apologize to Aisha, and she never backed down from fighting for her friends from that moment on, with the exception of the arcade fight in s3 due to her ptsd from Tory, which she also overcame.

@Anti Sam Larusso the only fight in which she started that was wrong was the one at the beach club. Tory started that school fight because she was jealous that Miguel kissed Sam back and so she took the misery she felt out on Sam, even though Miguel is just as much at fault for the kiss as Sam is. Miguel would've apologized to her for the kiss had she given him the chance to, instead of starting that fight. At least Sam tries to not repeat a lot of her mistakes, and she had good intentions behind the fights she started in s3. Ever since that whole Aisha thing, she never backed down from fighting for her friends again except in the arcade fight but that was only because of her ptsd due to tory, which she also overcame. I know Sam isn't perfect, but I love how she tries to learn from a lot of her mistakes, and rise up from her shortcomings.

@Anti Sam Larusso Sam didn't lie to her mom about what happened at the arcade. Her words were:"They broke Demetri's arm.. I just wanted to show them that we couldn't be bullied." She could've said it differently, but she didn’t lie. Plus, if CK didn’t mess with CK at his workplace, the arcade fight wouldn't have happened. And, it's not like she knew Tory was going to show up.

While that would be good to see, Tory needs a lot of character growth before she can even think about working with Sam, and she seems to be heading in the opposite direction so far. And given that it took Daniel and Johnny 35 years, and then 3 seasons, to be able to work together, I don't expect to see a Sam/Tory teamup any time soon.

I love how she and Miguel both play fight. It is so cute and funny to watch.

i’m getting real sick of everyone hating on sam. like for what? sure she didn’t stop hawk from breaking demitri’s arm and kissed miguel while dating robby… but that’s literally it. she hasn’t made any other mistake in all 5 seasons. u hate her cuz u ain’t her. tory, hawk, cobra kai as a whole, etc should be getting all the f*cking hate. they committed so many crimes, tory tries to kill sam twice but instead gets her ass handed to her, hawk and cobra kai trash miyagi do, hawk steals the medal of honor, hawk and cobra kai repeatedly hunt demitri down, hawk breaks demitri’s arm, tory, hawk and cobra kai break into the larusso’s home, etc and that’s all before stupid kenny starts to act up. all sam ever does is try to stand up to her bullies, show them not to hurt her friends and beats their asses when they physically harm one of her own. she wants revenge, doesn’t make her annoying or in the wrong, at all. not after all cobra kai did to her and miyagi do. she even saves tory… tory least of all deserves to be saved by sam, but sam forgave tory and saved her in a fight. sam deserves all the love tory & hawk get, sam > everyone else. people say if robby hadn’t interfered in the school fight that tory would’ve won in 30 secs… but let’s be real, if miguel hadn’t interfered sam would’ve won the pool side fight in 8 secs. sam had the tournament match against tory won 3-2 if the ref hadn’t been pre paid for. sam won the devon match 3-0 but bc the ref was pre paid for AGAIN she won 4-0. people say sam should’ve heard tory out… but like why? tory did nothing but attack sam, so why should sam show her mercy? tory has said “no mercy” at the school and sam’s home while attacking sam… tory is lucky that sam heard her out when she did and saved her ass in the big fight

But, regardless of whether or not they win, Sam and Miguel are still the King and Queen of Karate since they both saved the tournament and they both make an unstoppable team. I only referred to Sam as a princess, rather than a queen just because Tory and Hawk call her princess as an insult so I thought I would do it as a compliment, and she just looks a bit too young to be considered a queen. But, I do agree with you that Sam is a queen. 😁

@Anti Sam Larusso well she managed to kick and punch Hawk several times and then she was defeating Rickenberger until Tory showed up which brought back her PTSD, which is a tough thing that made her unable to fight in case you didn’t know) about school fight at first Sam didn’t have the upper hand cause she didn’t want to fight, but even after Tory grabbed her hair Sam got the upper hand and gave her a nice kick in the head after which Tory decided to use bracelet which didn’t help her win anyway) so there’s nothing wrong with her being better or at least not worse fighter than Hawk and better fighter than Tory. P.S. BTW, did you really made your account to spread hate for one fictional character?! Come on, man it is not worth it, there much more important things in life)

@@drfant6740 the physical scars may have recovered, but she was still internally traumatized by the school fight. Bc she had to go to the hospital and get stitches bc of Tory. Which is why she froze in the middle of the arcade fight and couldn't save Demetri. She talked to her dad for advice about what to do next time she has to face Tory, and so she used her dad's advice to stand up to Tory in the house fight. Did that clear things up?
