gplez91 it's not as rough as it once was, I gave it a chance earlier this fall. It used to bash me into a headache, only the scream machine does that now next door, there are a couple of places they could smooth out better, but it wasn't as bad as before.

As much as we all know that old Vekoma was garbage, I think we all have to recognize the very good things that Vekoma is doing now.

AceAviations2 takes time to build. Lol. This used to be headache city for me, it's a little rough, but it didn't kill me like it used too. The scream machine did because it's rough as hell now. I was worried this one would still be rough, but it was better. They claimed they finessed the track some too, yet nobody can tell me what they did.

watching for 43 seconds now and it's already another great parody!

I rode this coaster in July 2017, and I honestly thought it wasn’t gonna be that good, but I was decently surprised by it, it wasn’t even rough at all, and it was surprisingly intense, it’s one of my favorite Vekoma Coasters

Was literally watching all the old parodies when I saw this pop up. You can imagine now excited I was.

This was incredible 👏🏽😂 when I saw Taylor get thrown in the trash can I literally busted out laughing and clapping because so many memories of the old vekoma parodies and Taylor getting thrown in trash 🤣😄

That parody was excellent. Loved every single part.

If Vekoma track was as smooth as B&M's they'd be my favorite coaster. Ya gotta love that track look and the way you sit so low makes the drops so much more intense! I think Vekoma deserves more love than they get!

yes vekoma's coaster feel intense and well designed there just cloned to much and some are really rough the boomerang's inversions are nice and forceful and the drops are too.

That ending was funny as hell! Bloopers bloopers we want bloopers!

The acting has come a long way in these!

This was the best incorporation of the “Should’ve gotten a B&M” girl. Love it when Takoda talks to the people in the cut-in😂

This is just an amazing parody. One of my favorites!

Well don't mess with Vekoma again... Vekoma got a lot better. The new generation coaster is open. And the Vekoma madhouse is awesome! Yea... can they put Vekoma mk1212 on the arrow coaster next?

That was funny, but the ride did originally live at Morey's Piers, so that's probably why there were some of small rises and drops in the track.

honestly I like this coaster. it has a special place in my heart as my first looping coaster, my first time riding was 2019 haven't rid since but I was only 9 time flies just like a blue hawk

Since this is one of my home parks and I visit a few times a month I was really hoping for a new attraction but we got stuck with this monstrosity. At least it’s better than the Ninja or the Z Force which was there first.

Well, they are making a new fly coaster in Phantasialand. The track looks smooth already. I think vekoma doesn't have to stop. Because their are making cool and smooth coasters now.

Lol, thanks for taking me back to my traumatizing childhood experience of the Ninja. I left Atl and have since ridden coasters from all over the world, but THIS is the only one I would fear getting on again. I'm not doing it unless there's Tylenol in my pocket!

That tiny dip out of the station looks like something out of RCT2 when you realized the ride wasn’t y’all enough to make the layout.

To defend the Blue Hawk name, people did vote to have that name. They had a naming contest where you could choose between three names. I remember the one I liked the best was American Eagle. I can't remember the other one.

FYI--The "double-looping element" at 2:31 is called a butterfly. This and Goudurix at Parc Asterix are the only coasters on Earth with it.

i last went to SFoG back in 2015 and was surprised this ride was still standing. since 1992 it has done nothing but beat people up without any conscious. i have never heard a good thing about this coaster other than theres rarely a wait to ride it. How it is still standing boggles my mind seeing how it has given out more headaches than an episode of the Kardashians show. Talk about a great location for a nice B&M or anything. ,,Heck i would take a flat ride. Oh well. maybe the makers of this ride have some dirty pictures of the top brass at SFog or something.

It's amazing, and this is amazing!

Blue Hawk was my first inversion coaster (since Six Flags:OG is my home park and I'm deathly afraid of heights.) I basically went from the Dalanega Mine Train to that. It was AWFUL. Not only did I have my eyes closed most of the time, my legs went numb and I felt like I came off of anesthesia after the ride was over. When I got home that night my neck was killing me. Pretty much everyone I told about my experience had no idea what the "Blue Hawk" was. But then when I said, "Oh, it used to be the Ninja-" "WHY WOULD YOU RIDE THAT?! THATS THE WORST RIDE IN THE PARK!! IT NEARLY GAVE ME A CONCUSSION!" Needless to say, I'm now even more afraid to ride inversion coasters.

It'd be interesting to see Viper at Six Flags Magic Mountain get this kind of coaster rehab. I seem to think the Vekoma trains with vest style restraints on Arrow Dynamics looping coasters would be doable. A genius idea for the Vekoma standard boomerang coasters would be a train with lap restraints, as there is a Vekoma boomerang coaster in France with lap restraints.

I've ridden Blue Hawk, the SLCs, and the Boomerangs all with the new vest restraints and they all are still painful.
