As fisherman, we all turn to the ocean for a place to escape the pressures of day to day life. We can’t always choose where life leads us or the struggles it presents but one thing is for certain, we are born and bread to be on the water. Episode 6 is the start of our push for mental health awareness in the fishing community. Seb Davis joins us to share his story and prove that the ocean can heal the toughest pain.
