Coast to Coast Part 2 (Days 10 & 11)

In this video I leave the Bluebell Inn at Ingleby Arncliffe on day 10 for a short rest day with an easy 8.25 mile hike up to Lordstones where we were met with some absolutely stunning views.
Weather was mixed and the heavens opened up, so it was another wet set up. Day 11 was more challenging as the first half of the 13 miles from Lordstones to Blakey Ridge was a roller coaster of very steep ascents and decents and not good on the knees.
Thanks for watching

That path to Blakey Ridge just goes on and on and on......When you watch these videos you don't realise just how far it is as there is nothing to video so at best you get the junction where the Cleveland Way turns off and then you arrive at The Lion - in reality it's a real slog.

Thank you for your comment. Thats so true, it’s deceiving. It’s never truly represented in most KZreadrs videos. If the weather is bad it’s really intensifies the slog.
