This is an unboxing of Coast Gem guppies and a betta. Though the guppies and the betta were beautiful, because of other issues with shipping and communication we don't recommend this online seller. But if you have no problem with waiting a little longer, and your guppies potentially not surviving then go ahead and take a chance, maybe you will get luckier than we were. In the video you will see Dumbo Ear Red Tail Guppies from one of the females that didn't survive, also you will see the Male Red Mosaic Jumbo Dumbo Ear XL Guppy, Male Big Ear Purple Mosaic, and a Yellow Marble Fancy Halfmoon Male Betta. The 3 females we ordered, the Moscow Green, Dumbo Ear Red Tail, and the Blue Green Dragon Big Ear (died first) all didn't make it, were too stressed from the shipping is all we can think of since they were all pregnant already.

I love the excitement of the little one. It is exactly why I love the hobby. I feel the same way when I get new fish. 😂

Yeah, all our kids get excited with new fish. Our oldest is now wanting to begin breeding German Blue Rams. He is also super excited. This hobby is amazing.

It was FedEx 2-day shipping, after the fish were actually mailed out they arrived on time. It just took them 3 weeks to actually ship out the fish.

We got several beautiful Guppies from HTownGuppy on Ebay.
Your male betta doesn’t kill the guppies? I’m not trying to be aggressive or mean I’m super curious because I got a female betta one an attempt to not have them kill the guppies because they’re territorial. I wanted a male but didn’t get one because I thought they would kill the guppies

No he doesn't even flare at the guppies, we normally have to put a mirror up to the tank to exercise his flaring ability. When we first introduced him to his large aquarium, we kept him in a breeder box surrounded by the snails, guppies, and other fish so that he would get use to them. After about three weeks, we felt like he was comfortable with the other fish we then released him into the general population. How you introduce the betta to their environment makes the world of difference in how they react to other fish. But keep in mind that every fish has their own personality, and some may just be super grumpy and not get along with other fish. But for us though, out of the 3 Male Betta's that we have, we had introduced them into their aquarium the exact same way and have had great success with all 3 living with Male and Female guppies successfully.
