*Sooo true...Coaching industry is spread like mashroom...self study is the key..Read , reread & reread..I spent 400k for my son's coaching 11th n 12th Std..Still he didn't learn anything..They are Coaching factories without any product.*

He is absolutely right. I was made to realise this during my master's. Coach or teacher is basically works as facilitator. They will show you path, process but ultimately you yourself have to do the things as per your understanding. This will help to boost self dependability and how to take command.

So so correct…Woow.. well explained. So true.. A man who had read multiple times to understand is the one who becomes a coach n the one who is lazy to read multiple times becomes the one who needs a coach.. And we are coaching mega bytes instead of for.. mega hertz..
