I appreciate the attitude and the work Prime has put into this program, and it is moving forward and upward very quickly. I don't care for the un-productive criticism of the people (players and coaches) who have left the program and put in a lot of effort last year. Not a good look - keep it positive.

On paper they should start off 5-0. I’m not willing to predict the rest of the season until I see how that O-Line and defense looking like.

Deion does not even know what’s in the book. He’s reading notes

with Texas and Oklahoma gone, adding 3 G5 teams and 1 independent, and 2 mid Pac-12 schools along with 2 great Pac-12 schools, has officially watered down the conference in football. as for basketball, Texas and Ou leaving doesn’t effect it at all. so if Colorado doesn’t go bowl eligible with THIS schedule, then I don’t wanna hear them in the media until they have a winning record

I followed the Buffs last season under Deion at the helm. The main thing I would hope to hear from him and his program in 2024 is a whooooole lot less of hearing and seeing all the flash in terms of their hype & hullabaloo. They ended up much lower than Deion had said at the outset that he expected they could attain last year. To Coach Deion, I submit this for your serious consideration: if your job speaks for itself, don't ruin it by talking about it. And when you are still in the process of trying to climb higher in the Big 12 this coming year, keep a lower profile and less of the dog & pony shows and the glitz. If you kick tail on the field you'll have all the positive media attention you could ever crave. Conversely if this season, CU is all hat and no cattle you'll also attract lots of coverage, not the kind that you'll enjoy and the kind that you could be tempted to start calling those broadcasting such results as 'haters'. Don't confuse reporters just doing their job as being 'haters' if they report that you lose a game and even if you get blown out. Good luck though and I hope you guys can truly turn it around by doing things in a much improved way this year vs. your maiden voyage at Colorado last year.

@@ronniebranch6600 usc wasn't in control the whole game. They were in control the first half. Give credit where credit is due. Colorado fought back and made it a winnable game. The same thing that the 49ers did this past week, is what colorado did with USC. UCLA wasn't in control either. Colorado literally stayed in the game, with a line that literally gave sheduer 3 seconds to throw. Defense held up as long as they could.

@@unmutetv9270 Colorado never led against USC. They were down 28 points. And seeing how SanFran beat Detroit and Colorado trailed all day to USC, it's comical to say they did the same thing. And UCLA led by 2 scores for a good part of the Colorado game, until Colorado got that garbage time TD.

Time to go get it again. Nothing happens without hard efforts.

I think Colorado loses that game. Texas Tech is a harsh environment. Wins are NDSU, CSU, Baylor, UCF, Arizona, Cincy, and Kansas. Could see an upset of KState as it’s a homecoming game and they get a bye leading into that game and OSU upset for senior night. Colorado will probably drop one of those wins I selected. 7-8 wins is solid

The Heisman Trophy is a curse. You don't want to win it. The majority who have won it have statistically not done well in the NFL.

They have an easier schedule, I'll give them 6-6. A coach boasting how he expects new players to carry him instead of how he's going to improve them is a bit concerning tbh, but with how he "coached" last season it's fitting. Although Prime did a great job getting these talented kids in Boulder that normally wouldn't, I think his lack of coaching will still hold them back unfortunately

@@thundergato84 NDSU, @ Colorado St, Baylor, Cincinnati, @ Texas Tech, and one random game should be enough to get to 6 wins, basing it off of last season’s teams. 7-5 is definitely doable. and Colorado has retained the majority of their star player, and added some star recruits such as a top 5 OT not too long ago, Jordan Seaton I think. they were clearly overhyped last year because Deion is all the media cared about, the Pac-12 doesn’t have a defense, the Big-12 is no different with the exception of Texas who is now GONE. if Shedeur (the QB) regresses and doesn’t cook defenses regularly in this conference then Colorado is actually garbage even WITH talent, when they haven’t had talent in decades

@@thundergato84 and let me add, Arizona lost their HC Jedd Fisch (who is underrated) to Washington. the transfer portal window is still open for business along with the extra 30 days the NCAA made when a coach is either fired or left the program. so they will be in complete shambles. that’s Colorado’s 7th game, so they should be settled in (both teams)
