Impressive interview questions and responses. Bullet spoke wisdom here, and even though they have split, he wishes Rolly the best and that is good. Nothing can erase what he did for Rolly.

Bullet isnt as bad of a coach as ppl try to make him out to be. He seems like he really understands Rolly and how to orient his style for each opponent. Only issue is the dictatorship mentality Bullet has. Its my way or the Highway BS just isnt going to fly with some ppl. IMO Rolly has a right to make suggestions in terms of what changes he feels he needs to make for his career. If you disagree, as a coach/teacher your job is to educate him on why something isnt the best move. Sad to see the duo go there separate ways but who knows maybe it was for the best.

Nothing bad from me, about Bullet or Rolly , i like both of them men, Bullet had love for Rolly, lose or win .

Despite the track record of bullet and rolly these are some good gems to listen to coming from his experience. It’s refreshing to hear. I enjoy hearing the truth from coaches and their relationship with the athletes they work with. Instead of all the other stuff you hear from fighters and coaches avoiding questions etc.

TRUE STORY: Rolly Vs Ryan was 99% signed but Rolly refused to fight unless Tony Weekes was referee. Oscar changed the referee at the last minute to Celestino Ruiz, but Floyd wasn't budging. Anyway, Tony Weekes will be referee for the Pitbull Cruz fight.

Which A lot of people don’t know Rolly didn’t start boxing until his late teens , so he’s definitely not A skillful boxer at all & will never have skill , he has power and is Huge , if u watch the fight he had with Tank if u look at Rolly’s back in that fight dude looked like A dam body builder , So maybe he was ahead on the score card Tank is already Naturally the smaller guy in all his fights so Tank had to really be careful from getting Clip & he got the job done he was in there with A dam bigger Tank that night . Man Rolly arms was big ass tank body . So Rolly better put Pitbull Cruz down !

You cant write this guy off as a trainer. Rolly started boxing when he was 18 and look what hes achieved in such a short time. Hes not elite level but hes done more than most people starting late

Tank and Coach Calvin 's relationship transcends boxing they are family...you couldn't provide that to Rolly so.he left

There’s always room for growth. You have a speed coach, power coach, footwork coach, endurance coach. They all specialize and can get more done than one man. This dude didn’t want to let no one in. 😂😂😂

Rolly said that it was his former coach that built him up from zero to where he is at now. But, Coach Bullet just said the he was the one who built Rolly up from zero to where he is at now! I think that each coach has to give the other some measure of credit! Stop trying to totally control a fighter's thinking, and try to be so dominant in their life. Give them their space! Yes, it was Coach Bullet who trained Rolly to be a more patient boxer, which led to him winning a championship. But, Rolly is so stupid and arrogant that he does not realize how fragile a coach's ego can be. Just give him his props, and don't stupidly spurt out about how your other former coach did this and that! Rolly has a personality that loves saying and doing stupid things!

I respect Bullet. But, he says he is a coach and a teacher wrapped into one. That isn't the case. Rollie plateaued because of bullet. Bullet can coach a gameplan all day. But, he doesnt know how to teach anything new. Hence, this is the best decision for rollie to move on. Great interview tho.
