I’m struggling to imagine what Trump’s years at Wharton were like. Can anyone imagine him writing a research paper or hitting the books? Todd Blanche had better be getting paid HUGE SUMS OF MONEY if he hopes make this trial worth his time. Getting paid is only his first challenge. Not getting sanctioned is his 2nd challenge. Getting painted as a loser lawyer is his last challenge.
I'm a New Yorker, a Veteran. Although I almost puked when RumpT was elected, I truly respected him as President Although ugh he is everything against my values. It's because I swore to protect the Constitution, President (Past, Present and Future) and protect Democracy ❤ New York will be a jury of RumpT 's piers. To start with it was RumpT who created this as uncomfortable, as uncomplicated as it is❤
They're never going to jail him. The logistics of his Secret Service would complicate things. He'll also just use it to make himself a martyr. Throw him in solitaire for the entire proceeding

Yhey have tried to delay all along, there was no LEGAL reason left to delay any longer. His attorneys got it delayed quite a bit all ready.
The longer the political prosecutions go on the higher the polls go and the more money he raises
Small point here - you can't have 95% of 12 or 16 jurors, in fact not any % between 90 and 99; unless there is a bodily fraction of a person.

Would 11/12 jurors not be 91.67%? Of course Trump would be wrong saying 95% (he's wrong about everything anyway), but I think the math would allow a percentage in the 90%-99% range. Regardless, the chances of 11 out of 12 jurors being Democrat is nearly zilch, especially since the defense helped pick the jurors.

Unmitigated disasters and Trump are a good fit.
All Trump needs to do is bring in the prosecutors that didn't bring charges on this exact case a few years ago and ask then Why they didn't bring charges on him back then. They stated there was not a real crime to prosecute him on and all four prior prosecutors said there wasn't a case for charges. Yup, bring them all in for testimony and ask them WHY!

And nothing will. Even if Trump's convicted, it'll be tossed out by a higher court that actually obeys the law.
In my opinion it is the judge that is losing credibility. And by extension he is damaging the credibility of his own court. How can he keep allowing Trump so many counts of obvious contempt without doing something more significant to stop it? It is not only infuriating, it is the JUDGE that is killing his own credibility.
