Welcome to China Sinon Company's demonstration of our CNC 5 Axis Thermal Break Assembly Rolling Machine. This innovative machine is designed to efficiently and precisely process aluminum profiles with heat insulation profiles, ensuring a tight combination for maximum thermal insulation performance.
Equipped with a five-axis CNC system, PLC, sliding adjustment of Taiwan precision lead screw and HIWIN linear guide, our thermal break assembly machine can handle various profile data with ease. The LCD liquid crystal touch operation display screen is equipped with our special software for automation of profile changing.
Our machine has full-time six-wheel drive, six sets of power systems, and five-level speed regulation by frequency converter, ensuring high efficiency and precision during the processing.
The third group of cutter head and rubber roller can be adjusted up and down and left and right at the same time to realize the correction function in the horizontal and vertical directions. The pressure is displayed by three pressure digital meters, and each rolling wheel can be adjusted independently.
Our thermal break assembly machine is equipped with three sets of steel roller to combine the strip with aluminum profile tightly, increasing pressure from the first set to the third set to avoid damaging the profile due to sudden rolling force.
