Bit of a Random Question but do you prefer 2K19 or 2K23 for modding? I have both but unsure which I should get into since I took a hiatus from playing these games-

It depends, some things are easier to mod into 2K19 while others are easier on 2K23. 2K23 also has a paid tool called Meta that while it isn't required, its certainly recommended, while 2K19 modding uses completely free tools.

While I love the graphics 2K23 has and the models modded in look great as well as having community creations there, I hate when I need to pay for modding tools, not to mention it feels pretty difficult to mod 2K23 since there isn't something like CCT or Data Editor that automatically puts the files in on it's own as everything seems needed to be done manually On the other hand, 2K19 has so many free wrestler slots and the ability to port all entrances, moves etc from 2k15-18 and also backport from 2K20 is amazing. Only issue there is that most creators moved onto 2K23 modding so some wrestlers I can't find for 2K19

@@AronTW I believe Meta is pretty cheap, and like I said its not required but absolutely helps alot according to those who have it. I still play 2K19 so I just prefer it, but you can always give both a try if you want, no need to choose just one
