@@ChrisKermis Ya sadly he didnt knew any english at all , but he was a nice guy , and seems u got along with him fine anyway ^^ Usually older people here dont know english , from the younger generation almost everyone knows it and at a more then decent level.

It was a caffe terrace just until 2 months before you visited, nobody knows why they destroy it it was right there

@@ChrisKermis The Cetatuia hill is going to be renovated entirely in the next months, that's why they closed the small caffe from there. Soon the place will be unrecognisable.
