    I always worry a tiny bit that he'll help the scammer become better if the scammer picks up on it. This particular stream felt a little off because of that. I LOVE it when Kit feeds them misinformation (like about Geography)

    Kit is the best example of 'I'm not stuck in here with you, *you* are stuck in here with ME.' and I am here for it. I love the improv and the diverse characters, when he brings on 'guests' and of course the 'do not redeem' thing. It's amazing listening to the scammer go from 'preying on innocent victim' to 'losing their mind in rage'. They really have no idea that their day is about to be ruined.

Company retreats probably paid by some old lady's entire savings.

    I think my absolute favorite thing about these videos is how, whenever the scammers try to take control of the conversation and just bully him into following their script, he just rambles over them and completely ignores anything they do to try to regain control. I'm sure they've used these same tactics to bully and intimidate tons of vulnerable people before, and having him take that control away from them and leave them desperately struggling to even be noticed is so satisfying.

    @@NitishKumar-jm7ec Kit typed the 5000. The scammer put in the one. Hit the right time on his third try... and as for the money: You can actually see, that the scammer has transfered money between the savings and checking account. He did that three times for 15000 and then once for 30000 in the other direction. Usually it is only one transfer and then the HTML of the site is edited to show a different sender so simulate the money coming from whoever they pretend to be working for.

    I got a call from a security alarm company the other day, after a few questions I learned from watching Kit, I really had to laugh, I knew immediately it was a scam. So thanks Kit.     Ugh that’s so sad, I’m so sorry. Make sure you tell all your family and friends to NEVER believe any phone calls, emails, etc that’s from Amazon, Microsoft, PayPal, the IRS, or any other company that would never call someone. Especially ones that want to log on their computer and have access. Those companies will absolutely NEVER call someone. Especially tell your older friends and family!

    People often wonder how elderly people fall for these scams, look at it this way, they didn’t grow up with the internet, KZread or social media. This is still rather new to them.. When our generation becomes senior citizens, the scams will be much more elaborate and we won’t know what hit us either.

    It's also the fact these scammers target elderly with dementia too. Imagine how confused having someone yelling repeatedly would make them. It's horrible! That's why these videos bring me so much joy 😁. Kit is so clever and it's very entertaining listening to them slowly realise they aren't going to get anything.😆

    @@miacat5630 If they didn't have accents, people like me with executive function disorders can very easily get caught too. Think adhd, autism, bipolar...a common trait is that we have low self-esteem and tend to trust authorities on things like banks and paperwork. That kind of thing.

    I'm so blown away by Kitboga's improv skills! New characters all the time. I wish he would flip the script, pretend to be a mob boss with a hit man who threatens to hunt down the scammer... Or someone working in the CIA who could use all their resources to "cover up" the mistake to "keep" the money "owed" to the "Amazon associate". Or a manager of a bank, who knows his way around banking systems for creative "solutions" to the "problem". Oh, I envy all the fun Kitboga has in playing pretend!! 🤭
