Clue 12 of Sundae Stars.....ohhhhh no!! I have some bad news........

Let me first start by saying....I AM SO SORRY!! We need to go back to clue 2 and re-do the 6 triangle units. I realized while doing clue 12 that we placed the light and dark pinks in the wrong spot during clue 2. One thing for sure......I am surely to make a boo boo here and there in most projects, again, I'm so sorry!
GOOD NEWS! Our starlink box came yesterday!!! Let's pray it is faster than the internet we have now....it took HOURSSSS to upload this 26 minute video. We still have to get a pole to mount it on outside, therefore no Zoom tonight because we are currently still on old internet and it shuts off about every 5 minutes :(

Glad I haven't cut into any fabric (truthfully, I haven't decided on my fabric, yet). Living in hotel since house fire & so it goes... Thanks Lisa Capen for the pattern! So I need to re-download clue two? This will be a beautiful quilt when I get it done! Plan on two quilts, one for each of my little grand-daughters.

Your bad news is good for those of us who are way behind the eight ball! If we haven’t started yet, we just dodged a bullet!😂 On the other hand, for those who have already made those blocks backwards, that would be great to make some coordinating throw pillows or pillowcases or pillow, shams that go with the quilt, And if they want to, they can make stars that just spin in the opposite direction. So when they make the outer triangles, they just do them opposite as well and they can have some alternatively spinning stars! Win win! 😊🌷💚

No problem. You can use the triangles to make an accent pillow!
You could make a small pillow with the 6 pieces or maybe a matching bag with endless possibilities.
Everyone makes mistakes. I haven't started yet so I'm glad for the warning

you could sew them together and make a cushion cover to accessorize with the quilt

you do not need to go back to clue 2 :) All you need to do is the 12 units for clue 12, that includes the fix for clue 2

Because we are cutting strips of fabric from our yardage, we should be fine as this saves a little bit of fabric.
