All I get out of the Barakkat Rouge is fir! It’s a fir bomb on me. Ana abidiyah smells like almost nothing! It took months of maceration to get it to even last 2 hours

I get the fir, but it’s a pity that you don’t get the other notes (jasmine, amber, saffron etc) as far as Ana abiyedh rouge goes in terms of performance I have heard that newer batches are not as good as the older ones 😬….maybe that is true!?!?….best wishes from JL

Great review as always leggy, I remember smelling br540 first time it won me over straight away, I got a clone of it - Orientica Amber rouge- it's okay bit too sweet me if anything. I see Armaf done a few newbies I'm going to have to have at look at them I've got the older ones and love the milisime imperial clone -gold bottle- but my fave is the armaf silage, it the silver mountain water clone - silver bottle- worth 20 pounds all day long. I usually use Notino for my fragrances but I'll have to have a mooch on all beauty now never really thought about trying there. Keep up the awesome reviews mr leggy

No review is complete until a Wayne M comment…yes BR540 is a stunning fragrance…and if you are a fan…which YOU are then this untold will win your heart…it captures the sharp…piercing jasmine and amber complete with the sticky sweet saffron…where as many clones fall short this untold captures it perfectly…and as for the performance…. I get the same as the original .. allbeauty.com £65…you will have no regrets….stay safe…keep spraying and see you on the next one….JL

Love this stuff Leggy. Probably gets the most compliments of all my fragrances so far. The women at work love it. Some own the clones from perfume parlour etc. But they don’t perform like this beauty. Only drawback is the Mrs hates it. I have to shower before being allowed in bed. But even then you can still faintly smell it😊 I risk divorce but I will always include Untold in my fragrance rotation 👍

You know my friend, of all the clones I have of BR540 this is the king…and although I do own the original in a strange way reach for this one over it….ARMAF absolutely nailed it….i just don’t want to think about the day when they reformulate it like they did with CDNIM 🥲. And yes you are correct it is a smell that you either love or hate (there’s nothing in the middle) and I have noticed over the years that while some fragrances can grow on people this one is a case of first love or first hate….and that never changes. Really appreciate you sharing your experience and thoughts on this fragrance (and your wife’s thoughts too 😬)…. "Reformulation" is the reason I bought four bottles of this beauty since its release. I have a feeling those 4 bottles wiĺl last me quite a long time as I'm rotating fragrances daily, including my other BR540 clones. Literally the first day I wore 2 sprays to work, I was told by one coworker not to wear it again because of its effect it had on her at work as soon as I walked in.😂

I do have urban man elixir and while the smell is gorgeous the performance on my skin is NOT….so I am allowing it to macerate to see if it improves…a review will be soon…..JL

I purchased Armaf Untold. It is great. I thought it did not last an hour one day. I was disappointed and tried to return the bottle. but they would not take it. I tried it again and it lasted all day. I do not know what happened that 1-hour day. I might have washed it off and not remembered. I love the smell. May try the Al-Haramain Al Haramain Amber Oud Ruby Perfume which is supposed to be good.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences with this fragrance…. It is a kinda fragrance that the wearer can go nose blind and I find that the nose blindness depends upon how you spend your day…ie whether you are sitting still or moving around…or whether you are warm or cold or sometimes depending on the other smells you are experiencing during the day. Anyways sounds like it is a good job you couldn’t return it as it does perform good……stay safe and keep spraying….JL

Thank you for your question my friend, BR540 extrait differs from the original BR540 because it has a bitter cherry almond note that dominates the top end…under the cherry almond is basically the original BR540. So the two are very similar…it is just the cherry almond (deep and rich almond) that makes it different. Armaf untold is a fantastic clone of the original BR540….I hope I have answered your question…best wishes from JL

Thanks for your questions my friend…ok so I would describe it as very unisex…having said that it is sticky sweet deep and sharp…so don’t expect an Alfa male fragrance…but do expect something which smells like wealth…something that is very sexy and something that will get you attention (in a very good way 😉) although BR540 (or Armaf untold) is a popular choice it does still come across as unique and people who smell it on you are aware that you are not just wearing a mainstream designer fragrance…you are wearing something very special. For all the people I have ever sprayed it for I have learned that it is an acquired taste, BR540 is a love or hate…. If you are not familiar with BR540 I would suggest that maybe you went to a fragrance counter that sell it and had a sample…. Because if you’re okay with the original MFK then you will appreciate the Armaf untold. I hope my logic and my answer is understandable, best wishes from JL.

You must like the Untold! half your bottle is spent. Does the Armaf need over spraying ? Truth told I always overspray regardless

This one is amazing…and I have seriously worn it solid for nearly 4 weeks, it doesn’t particularly need overspraying, as it lasts longtime, I took it to work and most people sprayed it to try it, I’ve also shared with neighbours and friends…anyone who likes BR540 is currently purchasing this untold because it’s crazy for its price point!! On clothes it lasts all week…skin…next day and it means you never need purchase the real BR540 again….JL

No, do not overspray this fragrance. It is a monster, you may think at first it doesn't perform well but trust me it does(2 sprays max).

This is a good clone of MFK 540.

I gotta say i disagree, i got a decant of this because im weary of clone frags at this point. This smells very similar to manceras instant crush, try it out and compare because they are almost identical. Kind off in the same family as baccarat but more instant crush imo

Project as the original BR540….for the first 2 hours it’s a room filler…and then for a further 8 hours it trails off you as you move and gently radiates from you…you will be impressed by this one….JL
