I do, I played it pretty much exclusively from when I was around 18 to 22 yrs old.

They are acrylic. I do it because acrylic is near indestructible, which allows me to play harder and not worry about breaking anything.

I used to do the same thing when I was studying classical guitar, but I never was able to get good tone out of steel strings like you do. Did you do a video on the nails you use and how you apply/shape them? I just used the CA glue that came with the nails but it got to be painful wearing them all the time so I wonder if you have any tips about sustained use of acrylic nails for guitar playing. Anyway it's cool to see someone else doing that and your tone sounds awesome!
