True. we respect his views but he is 200% demotivating Cloud kitchen. who derives standards here ?! earlier we used to go by walk and cycle, today we go with technology. if you want to help farmers , go by their product from them. Farmers are selling their product directly. not all the hotel are clean and tidy. Grow up hotel owners !!!! let young blood try what they want!!! Don't stop us by providing negative shade !!! here Quality, Quantity, hygiene and taste wins no matter if its a cloud or a restaurant. TALENT WINS

Why we are gonna run restaurant bussiness without a system . Self employment is a trap. I partially agree with you . We shouldn't start bussiness without knowledge , I accept this . But I disagree with his speech .
It is just a cribbing interview, we have to adapt the new innovations in all industry, cloud is killing the monopoly of restaurants , please come up with ideas !
