Thank you for this video - I’m interested in growing a Japanese Black Pine and wasn’t sure about the technique for creating the cloud shapes, so this has been useful. I noticed that some of your Acers vary in height and fullness, so I wondered if you use a similar pruning technique to manage their height and shape, or are they just a smaller variety? I’m just starting out with designing a Japanese style garden and yours is an absolute inspiration, so thank you for sharing!

Even in winter your garden looks amazing. If I tried to trim one of my trees like that I'd probably end up killing it. I know for sure one thing I don't have is a green thumb.
