They might fit better on the Damtoys Drawman figure, which comes out later this month. Picco Neemo runs small in my experience.

You can sewn the very tip so the Velcro can grab horizonal because it is coming off because it rise up

I have a question,can some clothes fits on anime action figures that their arms can't be moved?

It will be hard since the posture of the arms might be blocking how the clothes go in.
