Pace how easy would it be to find land for a tiny home community where the home probably cost about 80,000 when all said and done and rent out for about 1000 with a laundrymat resident pay for own utilities have a dog park a very nice community possibly charge 1000 -1200 a tiny home a1or 2 person home

Depending on how you hold it cash out refi or 1031 it into another investment. As an investor, I do a lot of 1031.

It’s not a scam, I’m a student in Pace’s SubTo. Pace gives soo much more away then the price you’ll pay for the membership. 10/10 recommend you get to be connected with likeminded investors around the states

Alot of students are starting out wholesaling to build up enough money to quit w2 and do this fulltime. Cherry pick the really good maybe for themselves.

I buy less than 1% of 1% of the deals inside of the community. Also... someone NEW to the industry might not have learned the valuable skill of managing properties. So... theres your answer.
