My Incident just happen this Friday at the Title Company being CTC at the 4th to the last page of me signing at the Vegas Chicago Title Table with the Notarizer recording every, I got denied. I have 0 debt to Credit Ratio, make 75gs a year, Over 720 Credit, etc. They told me since I was married and getting a property in a community partner state my Wife had to be on loan. I make enough on my own to cover all Mortgage expenses. My wife only has a car note, which if they ran her credit it would still bring my debt to credit ratio to 9% only using my income. So heartbreaking and a stressful time. I did some research on my own but I just wanted to ask has anyone gone through this at final signing table , a day before funds are disburse after final closing disclosure. PS I still till this day have 0% debt on my Credit Report and my wife only has a monthly average car note of $450.

What exactly is a “loan lock” if loan is locked in prior ( 20 days )to closing date is it still good ?

I've sat for an hour with a notary front he title company signing document after doc after doc after doc until my fingers hurt, my agent got the owners to turn over the property to me I now have the keys and moving in, then turned and told me closing is Monday what do I expect Monday on closing is that the settlement date too?

What about home insurance? O hear that you pay you're amount in full at closing? I'm in new jersey

I think that goes into escrow and is added to your monthly mortgage payment.

I'm buying from a seller who will stay at the property that is now mine for an extra 3 months under a lease agreement where they are to pay my mortgage for those 3 months. How should I handle this. We are closing on June 30th. Should I ask them to sign the lease agreement and pay up front for those 3 months for me to have piece of mind? How does that work? Thanks in advance for all your content. It's truly invaluable.

I close April 17 ga dream hhf at 3.25% I’m worried about my tax returns I owe the irs 500 from 2015 that I’ve been paying $33 dollars a month .
