    Just a suggestion, they come with hot and cold hoses for if you have hookups. When you are connecting it to a sink, you can cap off the "hot" connection on the back of the washing machine and only use the cold side hose, and control the temperature with the sink tap instead.

    Whaaaaat?!?! When I first got the machine I bought two hoses but it was too much trying to switch between both hoses lol so I've been using one hose for both. Honestly I've always been considered wondering am I messing up the washer doing that. Glad you told me that . I don't have to worry about it messing up now. Thanks friend 💕

  • @kerireed1756

    @kerireed1756

    I didn't have hookups when I initially purchased this, but do now. I suppose bc I used the sink to control temp I didn't keep up with the second hose. Would it work to just switch the one I do have to the hot side on the back of the washer, then switch the other side of the hose from the cold hookup to the other one, which I'm assuming is hot? I would only need to use the hot once a week or so, and I'm on a shoestring budget, so if I could make it work with the one hose I have, that would definitely be preferable!

  • @BlessingsForTheBards

    A friend of mine told me that you only have to use both inlets if you have the hook ups. If you don't have hook ups and you use your skin it is okay to use hot water in either inlet. So I never unscrew my hose in the back when I want to use hot water I just turn on hot water and when I wanna use cold I turn on cold using the same inlet if that makes sense . Or you can buy an extra hose

    No you don't need to hoses... but if you want to be able to use hot without disconnecting then I would say get a 2nd hose. But if you don't mind disconnecting each time one hose should be fine as long as you make sure the water your not using is turned off before disconnecting

    I have had a washer hooked up to my sink for over 20 years right now I have a full-size front loader hooked up you can hook up any washer to a sink when the washer says portable it is because it's on wheels or small enough to pick up. Because your washer is hooked up to the sink you control the temp with the sink NOT the washer having said that it will fill up faster if the washer is set to warm that way it draws water into both inlet hoses. I have 6 children(grown now) and it was a money saver

  • @BlessingsForTheBards

    @BlessingsForTheBards

    Жыл бұрын

    E3 either means that your lid is open. So when you washing a load and you need to pause it press pause but don't press start until you fully close it otherwise it'll give you the e3 error code. If it's giving you that code without the lid being open push the lid down and hold it down and see if that takes the code away if it does that may mean something is wrong with your lid and its not closing properly or it means that you're putting too much clothes inside which is causing the washer too be unbalanced so make sure you spread the clothes out evenly

Like I said before after a year of use it started to leak from underneath onto the floor, it still looks new. I didn't see all your videos just that one and was wondering if that was why you changed your hose, but I see from your reply that wasn't the reason. So now, I don't know whether to have it fixed or throw it out, or if the hose is causing this leaking problem. It looks like the repair people only repair well-known brands like whirlpool, maytag, etc. and don't have the parts for my brand.

    Hi Latoya, it really depends. If you're trying to wash comforters then no. In my house I got rid of our comforters and bought quilts because quilts are less bulky and fit amazing into the washer. I know some people use duvet covers that would also fit but a thick comforter nahh they actually have my same washer in a bigger size I'll find the link
