@jennahoyt6960 bro I only started watching college basketball at the tail end of 22 and rooted for Angel and LSU to win in 23. I respect CC's game she ,ain't my favorite (Juju got that spot) but I don't think she deserves a large chunk of the bad press they been pushin on her, the same way Angel didn't deserve all that nasty press for a situation that was out of context

@@jabraunricks1927no the team's winning the championships should be the super loaded teams with seven 5 star recruits. Say what you want to say, but Clark is the only five star recruit on her team. She's taking the team to a whole another level. She can lose tomorrow and I'd be satisfied. People hating on her and Iowa because they're not supposed to be this good. And yet they are.

Elle could not be more wrong about Clark being seen as a villain She was a villain to certain* people especially after the South Carolina, when people thought she disrespected their 3point shooting by not guarding it. Now people are complaining she's getting calls and FTs . She is not an angel to everyone this year, just like Reese. Elle makes it too black and white(pun intended) it's far more grey how how people see these athletes

No, she didn't! They created an angel (Caitlyn) and a villain (Angel) and then went on to claim that Caitlyn is the only reason for the rise in viewership and attendance and never mention why and that her popularity is directly link to her friend (Angel Reese), whom they made into her enemy for a certain demographic sake. Now you are invested into thinking that if anybody says anything against her. It because of jealousy and race. Nonsense but it worked. When the fair-weather or bandwagon fans are gone. They will realize that the game was growing before Caitlyn was known and that they were suckered in.

@@janictealbert4010 whatever. I believe race is all over this but it goes both ways . Clark is the biggest star in this sport . But I've noticed people are hating on her. Reese is a star but Caitlin is the star, which is no different from mens sports. And to some degree people hate that for a myriad of reasons. For all the people like Elle who say everyone hates Reese,they are also her biggest fans.
She does complain a lot.

I'm a huge Clark fan and live in Iowa City. I never once hated on a Angel and I've watched ton of SEC games just because I like women's basketball. I'm so sorry that all the negative comments online have left you with that perception. Hopefully this changes that a little bit.
Probably. But with the amount of hate online she receives for..... a lack of melanin combined with the immense hype is probably the cause.

Leave the game alone and just televise it without your spin and excessive narrative about one player. Paige(UCONN) is better anyway.
