Your Fragments set is very bad. It had a whole lot of wasted Crit Rate, 20 less crit damage and 100 less EM. Another glaring issue is that the Fragments set depends on gaining and clearing Bond of life, her level 3 dash also needs BoL gains, which takes a bit longer to do when you have such high ping (because HYV decided for some reason that BoL gain is tabulated on server side). This makes it so that you have to do more than 3 pistol shots in order to get her level 3 dash, wasting a lot of damage potential. All of this made TF look better, even though it really isn't in terms of raw damage.

Thundering Fury is the best because the FoHW 4 piece doesn't work on my Clorinqing

The combo used with Whismy is wrong.

Thundering Fury is the best cause it doesn't take time to stack unlike FoH that is stronger but takes some time to stack

The Fragments set doesn't take that long to stack at all. If you use her burst, dash quickly and then fire your first pistol shot, you'll have max stacks immediately. That happens within the first second of her on-field time. If you have very high ping, it takes longer to build BoL and that can make the Fragments set feel useless sometimes. In which case, TF is better for players with very high ping, like the one in this video.

TF's biggest advantage is that you can basically skip her skill CD and easily slide in another rotation the moment ur first skill ends

Why or How? High CR to give consistence dmg numbers. With food buff + 28% CR from HoD, his CR would probably be around 80% it's overkill, but yeah.

That's just Clorinde thing, around 20% built in crit rate +20% crit rate from passive, that's already 40% CR just being naked.
