    Open your comic book file (the one with all the pages). Select [Story] ---> [Change project settings...] Scroll down and manually type 140 and click OK.

    what do you mean by warp around cover

  • @HermitComics

    @HermitComics

    6 жыл бұрын

    a "Wrap around" cover means that the drawing on the front cover wraps around to the back cover. That way when you open the cover completely you see one big drawing.

    I tried doing this method to create an illustration book and it didn't align my illustrations properly. I keep on having alot of trouble doing that with the formatting and I have tried several different techniques. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong?

    When I export my comic for EPUB it cuts off a lot of my art is there a way to format it so that way it keeps all of my art?

  • @HermitComics

    did you set up your page with Bleed Size and Default Border Size? When you export to EPUB it will cut off anything outside the Default Border; in other words just because you see it on the canvas does not mean that is what will be printed (shown on page). If you did set up your page with Bleed and Default you can try and remove it by: Hold shift and select all the pages of your book. Right click on any page and select [Change basic page settings...] Next, UNCHECK the box that says [Comic settings] this will remove Bleed and Default Border from all your pages. try to export it now. let me know if this helped you.

    @@HermitComics hey thanks for responding, I tried what you said, but it's still coming up the same way, where it looks like my images are too large for the export. Just thought you ought to know.

    @@HermitComics apologies! I was able to figure this out, what happened was I didn't include the bleed in the correct area, and I didn't set it up for print in the very beginning of opening a new page. I included all of that now, and it works beautifully! If you want me to still send you what it looked like before I surely will, if not please let me know either way thank you!
